Wait till the beatle flies up and jump on him when he does. You should be able to hit the switch. Go back to the second or third floor. Jump on the butterflies and try to get on the platforms. Get all the items then Get the question mark. It will take you to a secret bonus game. Extra Lives In the"Mad Doctor" there is an extra life above the first set of saws. Be careful. You have to jump and get the life, avoid the saws, and get back into the mine cart. In the First Level,get to the area with the crane and boxes. You have to trigger the appearance of the extra life by jumping on the first box. Now jump off and wait. Try to jump back to the first box. You won't make it, but the extra life will appear. Now wait until the boxes are piled 2 high. Climb to the top box, and get your extra life. Infinite Lives When you see the SEGA logo hold A + B + C + RIGHT. Press START when you need to. When the first level appears, let go of A, B, C and RIGHT. You should see an infinity sybol where the number of lives should be. Level Select At the Sound Test menu, set Music to "Continue", FX to "Appear" and Speech to "Think...". Now highlight EXIT and hold Left for about five sections.
